With more than 30 years of experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and coach, I understand how challenging it can be to feel stuck in old patterns. It’s essential that my clients get personalized attention in their own environment. Rather than do things the typical way, in a brick and mortar, I am happy to be able to offer a confidential Telehealth space designed around your need for flexibility.

Options and what to expect…

My clients have the ability to self schedule appointments, so it’s really up to you to find a cadence that fits your schedule and lifestyle. Therapy should not feel like a burden.

 

Talk therapy

 

This is designated for individuals and couples to process and explore their thoughts and feelings in relation to their diagnosis. Sessions are up to 53 minutes.

 
 

Coaching session

 

These sessions will help you determine and prioritize what you care most about, develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals, and provide space to process challenges and celebrate successes! Many clients use these sessions as a way to remain consistent and accountable to themselves. Sessions are 50 minutes.
